About Greenline Insights
Greenline Insights is a non-partisan, analytically driven research firm empowering smart decision-making in climate, energy, and public policy. We specialize in modeling, analysis, and policy design to help local workforces, businesses, and communities thrive. Our interdisciplinary work spans economics, energy, public health, infrastructure, food systems, and innovation — and is rooted in clarity, rigor, and action. We pride ourselves on translating complex research into policy-relevant insights that drive real-world impact, from detailed reports and testimony to stakeholder engagement and modeling tools.
We value proactivity, transparency, curiosity, and mission-driven care. Just as important, we value clarity and structure — we believe well-designed systems and organized workflows are a foundation for impactful work. We look for teammates who share these values, bring passion and collaboration, and want to help build systems that make real progress possible.
Role Summary
We are hiring for a flexible role that may be titled Manager or Director, depending on the candidate’s experience, leadership strengths, and the scope they are best suited to lead.

More senior candidates will take on broader ownership of projects, client relationships, and strategic direction. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical depth, excellent communication skills, and a structured, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
